The Reservation Follow-Up report is a way to get information about reservations, contacts, vessels, reservation totals, and customer balances. It is helpful to see information about reservations that have ended or are soon ending. It is also useful for marinas with high transient volume that want to follow up with customers about their stay.
Resolution Steps
- Navigate to Reports.
- Select Reservation Spaces.
- Click on Reservation Follow-Up.
- Choose the desired start date and end date for the report.
- Use the available filters if needed:
- Show All Reservation Statuses
- Click Run Report.
- Review the generated report, which displays:
- All reservations within the selected time frame
- Status of each reservation
- Customer and vessel details
- Email address
- Reservation total
- Customer balance
- Total customer revenue
Verification: This report will show all reservations during that time period. This can be used to see who has checked out and follow up on their stay.
How the Report Retrieves Data
- The report only shows reservations that are marked as Checked Out or Cancelled.
- Reservation with a Scheduled Departure Date or Actual Departure Date that is within the date range you entered are displayed.

- Reservation Total - Shows the sum of all charges contained within that reservation including dockage, add-ons, and any invoices that were linked to the reservation.
- Reservation Balance - Shows the balance of all invoices linked to that reservation.
