Applies only to Ingenico readers.
Follow the steps below to reprint an internal and/or customer receipt for a charge or a refund.
- Ensure you are on the main screen. You can press the Red X button multiple times to exit any menu you are currently accessing.
- Press 8.
- Select 1 to reprint the Last Receipt.
- Select 2to search.
- You may select All and use the arrows to scroll through the day's transactions.
- If you have the original receipt, use the REF # and seelct 2 - Reference # to find the transaction using this number.
- Select the transaction you want to reprint.
- Choose if you want to print a customer copy as well.
