Applies only to Ingenico readers.

Follow the steps below to reprint an internal and/or customer receipt for a charge or a refund.

  1. Ensure you are on the main screen. You can press the Red X button multiple times to exit any menu you are currently accessing.
  2. Press 8.
  3. Select 1 to reprint the Last Receipt.
  4. Select 2to search.
    1. You may select All and use the arrows to scroll through the day's transactions.
    2. If you have the original receipt, use the REF # and seelct 2 - Reference # to find the transaction using this number.
  5. Select the transaction you want to reprint.
  6. Choose if you want to print a customer copy as well.
