If you are having an issue printing invoices, invoices print squished or incorrectly sized, or horizontal lines are missing in your Work Order invoices, please follow the steps below for Chrome or Firefox browsers.


Steps for Google Chrome Browser

  1. In the Print Dialog / Pop-Up, press More Settings.
    1. Be certain the Paper Size is set to Letter or Legal depending on the paper size you use. Sometimes this setting can be set to 4x6 causing incorrect printouts.
    2. Be certain that the Background graphics checkbox is checked on.


Steps for Firefox Browser

  1. In the Print Dialog / Pop-Up:
    1. Be certain the Paper Size is set to Letter or Legal depending on the paper size you use.
    2. Be certain that the Appearance checkboxes for Print Background Colors and Print Background Images are both checked on.
    3. You can remove Headers and Footers from your printout using the drop-down menus at the bottom.
