Resolution Steps
- Open the Contact page.
- Note that Molo displays two balance figures:
- Current Balance: calculated by summing invoices, credit notes, and payments up to today’s date—ignores any dated in the future.
- Total Balance: inclusive of all invoices, credit notes, and payments, regardless of date—past, present, or future.
