The top of the Contact --> Account page and the Reservation Billing Tab now shows 2 calculations of Current Balance and Total Balance. Below is an explanation of each.
In both figures voided invoices, credit notes, payments, and deposits are ignored.
- The Current Balance ignores invoices, credit notes, and payments dated ahead of the current date. Molo compares the "Invoice Date" to today's date to make this determination.
- The Total Balance sums together all invoices, credit notes, and payments regardless of date. This includes past, present, and future invoices, credit notes, and payments.
