The Unbilled Service Jobs report is used to find all work order jobs that have yet to be invoiced. Below are some details about how the report runs and how some of the specific columns function.
How the Report Gathers Data
- The report finds all Work Orders that are not closed and not deleted.
- Then Molo compares the Job Creation Date to the Date Selected for the Report
- It then lists all jobs in those Work Orders that have not been invoiced by the Date Selected for the Report.
- Note: If you void a work order invoice, the job will re-appear back in the list.
