How can I search for something specific to one of my contacts or vessels stored in Molo?
Answer:
On the Contact Info or Vessel Info tab there is a Private Notes box at the bottom of the contact/verssel. Anything you type in there can be searched at the top of the contact or vessel list!
For contacts, there is also the Activity and Notes section with time-stamped notes. You can view all of these notes in one place by going to Menu --> Reports --> Contacts and Vessels --> Activity and Notes. You can run the report for a really wide date range. After the report loads, press CTRL+F to use your browser to search for a particular word.
