If you find that you have created or edited inventory items in Molo with Available as Add-On turned on, but you still cannot see these items in BoatCloud, please proceed with the steps below directly in the BoatCloud system:


  1. Go to Settings --> Goods & Services in BoatCloud.
  2. Touch Update From Molo on the far right side.
  3. Touch Show All.
  4. Review the items from the list on the left.
  5. For each item that you need revealed in BoatCloud for boaters to select, perform these steps:
    1. Touch the item.
    2. Set Visible to Customers as Yes.
    3. Set the Category to the correct category for the boaters.
  6. Touch Save and you should now be all set.
