Resolution Steps

  1. Understand timing — Payments processed in Molo typically take 24–72 hours to post to your bank account.
  2. Open the Molo Express Transactions report:
    1. Go to the Reports section in Molo.
    2. Select Invoice Payments → Molo Express Transactions.
    3. Choose the desired date range (for example, This Week).
  3. Review batch summary — the report lists each batch with:
    • Batch creation date
    • Batch sent date
    • Estimated arrival date (when funds should reach your bank)
    • Number of transactions in the batch
  4. Inspect individual transactions — expand a batch to see each transaction’s details:
    • Transaction amount
    • Last four digits of the card or bank account
    • Invoice number
    • Contact name
    • User who processed the payment
  5. Use the data — rely on the estimated arrival date to reconcile expected deposits and use the transaction details for audit or customer inquiries.
