Resolution Steps
- Understand timing — Payments processed in Molo typically take 24–72 hours to post to your bank account.
- Open the Molo Express Transactions report:
- Go to the Reports section in Molo.
- Select Invoice Payments → Molo Express Transactions.
- Choose the desired date range (for example, This Week).
- Review batch summary — the report lists each batch with:
- Batch creation date
- Batch sent date
- Estimated arrival date (when funds should reach your bank)
- Number of transactions in the batch
- Inspect individual transactions — expand a batch to see each transaction’s details:
- Transaction amount
- Last four digits of the card or bank account
- Invoice number
- Contact name
- User who processed the payment
- Use the data — rely on the estimated arrival date to reconcile expected deposits and use the transaction details for audit or customer inquiries.
