"How can I apply a discount to a reservation before confirming it?"

 

Resolution Steps 

Note: These steps are only aplicable for time based and seasonal reservations.

  1. On the main Molo menu, click on Contacts & Vessels. 
    1. Select Contacts
    2. Search for the contact by Name, Vessel Name, Company, Email, Phone, or Notes.
    3. Select the desired Contact.
  2. Click on Account > Reservations

  3. Click on the Reservation to be discounted. 
  4. Click on Billing

  5. Click View on the right-hand side of the reservation invoice to discount

  6. Click Pay or Add Charges to open the reservation invoice on the POS screen. 

  7. Select the Pencil Icon next to the reservation line item.
  8. Click Discount Item, then input the amount and the unit.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Click Save to Account.

Verification: The discount should appear on the invoice.
