Resolution Steps

  • This report checks all invoices and sales from the dates selected above and displays the total revenue of any item added to those invoices. It excludes tax.
  1. Go to Reports → Finance → Revenue.
  2. Select the date range you want to analyze.
  3. You can select filters if you want to see a specific item, rate, or item category.
  4. Click Run Report.
  5. This report shows:
    1. Items
    2. Amount
    3. Quantities
    4. Discounts
    5. After-discount totals
    6. Grand Total (displayed in blue).

 

Verification: Check that item totals, discounts, and after-discount totals match expected values.
