Resolution Steps

  1. Go to Inventory → Items.

  2. Use the search to find the item you want to update.

  3. Click the item to open its details.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  6. Toggle Requires Age Verification to On.

  7. Enter the Minimum Age.

  8. Click Save.

Verification: Go to the POS, select that item to add to an invoice. You should get an age verification pop-up.
