Resolution Steps

  1. Go to Reports → Invoicing & Payments.
  2. Select Auto-Charge Activity.
  3. Enter the start date and end date for the billing cycle you want to review.
  4. Click Run Report to generate results.
  5. The report will display:
    1. Date & Time – when the auto-charge was attempted.
    2. User – which system user triggered or scheduled the auto-charge.
    3. Customer Name – the contact associated with the charge.
    4. Result – whether the transaction was processed (successful) or declined (failed).
    5. Reference – transaction ID or reference number.
    6. Card Type – Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.
    7. Decline Reason – explanation for failed transactions (e.g., insufficient funds, card expired, invalid number).

Verification: Use this report to track autocharge results.
