Resolution Steps
- Go to Reports → Invoicing & Payments.
- Click Invoice Detail.
- Enter the start date and end date for the invoices you need to review.
- Apply Filters (Optional)
- Exclude Walk-In Customers – removes the invoices created under 'Valued Customer'
- Receivable Invoices Only – limit results to invoices with outstanding balances.
- Click Run Report to display results.
- Each row will show detailed invoice information:
- Contact (Customer Name) – who the invoice belongs to.
- Invoice Type – reservation invoice, standalone invoice, or payment invoice.
- Invoice Number – unique identifier.
- Invoice Date – when the invoice was issued.
- Created By – user who created the invoice, with creation date/time.
- Itemized Line Items – all products, services, or fees included.
- Tax Total – total taxes applied.
- Invoice Total – overall amount billed.
- Balance Due – any unpaid amount remaining.
Verification: Use this report to track invoices created.
