Resolution Steps

  1. Go to Reports → Invoicing & Payments.
  2. Click Invoice Detail.
  3. Enter the start date and end date for the invoices you need to review.
  4. Apply Filters (Optional)
    1. Exclude Walk-In Customers – removes the invoices created under 'Valued Customer'
    2. Receivable Invoices Only – limit results to invoices with outstanding balances.
  5. Click Run Report to display results.
  6. Each row will show detailed invoice information:
    1. Contact (Customer Name) – who the invoice belongs to.
    2. Invoice Type – reservation invoice, standalone invoice, or payment invoice.
    3. Invoice Number – unique identifier.
    4. Invoice Date – when the invoice was issued.
    5. Created By – user who created the invoice, with creation date/time.
    6. Itemized Line Items – all products, services, or fees included.
    7. Tax Total – total taxes applied.
    8. Invoice Total – overall amount billed.
    9. Balance Due – any unpaid amount remaining.

 

Verification: Use this report to track invoices created.
