Resolution Steps

  • Refund Policy: Items may be returned for full refund less a 10% restocking fee of the item's full price, provided the return is received by us within 30 days of you having received it. Items must also be unopened and in unused condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Special order items are excluded from this refund policy and are not eligible for returns or refunds. We initiate refunds only to the original payment method and only after we have physically received the items. Refunds can take 5-15 business days to be processed depending on the payment method used.
  • If items are returned beyond the 30 day window but within 365 days, the restocking fee is 15%. Again, items must be in unopened and unused condition. Certain items might be discontinued from our manufacturer or no longer usable due to not meeting new regulations. In theses cases, we cannot provide a refund.
