Resolution Steps

  • This report provides a full overview of all inventory items, including their pricing, tax status, tracking details, and other configuration settings.
  1. Go to Reports > Inventory > Inventory Settings.

  2. (Optional) Use filters:

    • Search by Category

    • Include Deleted Items

  3. Click Run Report.

  4. The report displays each item in your inventory (whether tracked or not), with the following columns:

    1. Item Code

    2. Item Name

    3. Description

    4. Purchase Price

    5. Sales Price

    6. Charge Method

    7. Markup Amount / Percentage

    8. Gross Margin

    9. Taxable (Yes/No)

    10. Tracked (Yes/No)

    11. Allow Negative Inventory (Yes/No)

    12. Quantity on Hand

    13. Barcode (if applicable)

    14. Category & Job Category

    15. Inventory Location

    16. Preferred Vendor

  • This report is helpful for:
  1. Auditing inventory setup and item details
  2. Validating purchase and sales pricing
  3. Reviewing markup and margin calculations
  4. Confirming tax and tracking settings
  5. Identifying inactive or deleted inventory items

 

Verification: The report will populate with everything from the Inventory section of Molo.
