Resolution Steps

  1. Admin Settings > General > User Management.
  2. Click New User in the top right corner.

  3. Fill in the following details:

    1. Email address

    2. First name

    3. Last name

    4. User role (Super User, Standard User, or Limited Access User)

    5. Phone number

    6. User type

  4. Click Done in the top right to save.

  5. You will receive a pop-up asking whether you'd like to send a password reset email.

Verification: The New user account should appear under the Users section on the left of creating the new user.
