Resolution Steps

  1. Go to Reports → Invoicing & Payments.
  2. Click Transactions by User.
  3. Enter the start date and end date for the period you want to review.
  4. Click Run Report to generate grouped results.
  5. Review Report Results. For each staff user, the report will display:
    1. User Name – staff member who processed the transaction.
    2. Payment Method – breakdown of cash, check, or credit card transactions.
    3. Payment Amounts – totals of all payments processed by that user.
    4. Refunds Processed – amounts refunded by the user (shown in a dedicated column).
    5. User Totals – the sum of payments and refunds per user.
    6. Grand Total – cumulative totals across all users.

Verification: Use this report to track payments processed by each user.
