Resolution Steps

  1. Go to Reports → Invoicing & Payments.
  2. Click Invoice.
  3. Enter the start date and end date for the period you want to review.
  4. Apply Filters (Optional)
    1. Exclude Walk-in Customers – remove one-time or casual customers from the report. 
    2. Show Only Open Standalone Invoices – limit results to unpaid invoices not tied to a reservation.
  5. Click Run Report to generate results.
  6. The report will display:
    1. Customer Name – first and last name of the customer.
    2. Invoice Type – reservation invoice, payment invoice, or stand-alone invoice.
    3. Invoice Date – when the invoice was created.
    4. Invoice Number – unique identifier.
    5. Memo – What the invoice is for.
    6. Invoice Amount – total value of the invoice.
    7. Paid Status – whether the invoice has been paid.
    8. Balance – remaining amount due.

Verification: Use this report to track invoices created.
