Resolution Steps

  1. Go to Reports > Invoicing & Payments > Transactions.
  2. Choose the start date and end date for the period you want to review.
  3. Apply Filters (Optional)
    1. Show only these Contacts – search for payments made by a specific customer.
    2. Show Only This User – filter by staff member who processed the payment.
  4. Click Run Report
  5. The report organizes payments by type and shows key details:
    1. Payment Type – credit card, bank account, cash, check, or wire transfer.
    2. Reference – last four digits of the card used or the bank account name
    3. Date & Time – when the payment was processed.
    4. Invoice Number – the reservation invoice linked to the payment.
    5. Contact - which customer this payment is from.
    6. Amount - how much was charged.
    7. User - shows which Molo user processed the payment.

 

Verification: Use this report to track payments processed.
