Resolution Steps
- Go to Reports from the main menu.
- Select Contacts and Vessels.
- Click on Contact Charge and Statement Settings.
- Apply the optional filter:
- Only show automatic charging contacts — this will limit the report to contacts with auto-charge enabled.
- Click Run Report.
- The report will display:
- Contact name
- Statement preference (Email or Print)
- Automatic charging status
- Stored payment methods (Credit Card and/or Bank Account)
Verification: The report will populate customers' auto charge settings.
