Resolution Steps

  1. Go to Reports from the main menu.
  2. Select Contacts and Vessels.
  3. Click on Contact Charge and Statement Settings.
  4. Apply the optional filter:
    • Only show automatic charging contacts — this will limit the report to contacts with auto-charge enabled.
  5. Click Run Report.
  6. The report will display:
    • Contact name
    • Statement preference (Email or Print)
    • Automatic charging status
    • Stored payment methods (Credit Card and/or Bank Account)

 

Verification: The report will populate customers' auto charge settings.
