• “I noticed the “From” or reply-to email in Molo emails is an @emails.getmolo.com address, not my real business address — why?”
  • “Why is there a different email address when customers receive emails from Molo?”

Resolution Steps

  1. Understand that Molo uses a forwarding system to comply with strict anti-spam requirements.
  2. When you send system emails (e.g. confirmation, reminder, etc.), Molo sets the From address to an @emails.getmolo.com domain.
  3. Any replies sent by customers to that @emails.getmolo.com address are automatically forwarded to your actual business email address.
  4. Thus, even though the email “From” shows as something like [email protected], replies will still arrive at your real address (e.g. [email protected]).
  5. No change is needed — this is by design to improve deliverability and reduce spam filtering issues.
