Resolution Steps

  1. Go to https://app.getmolo.com.
  2. Click the Forgot Password button at the bottom of the login screen. 
  3. On the next screen enter the email address you use for Molo ans hit Send. If you forgot which email address you use for Molo, please enter a Support Request here.
  4. You will then receive an email with a special link. Follow the instructions in that email to reset your password. The link to reset your password expires after 15 minutes
