When you mark a reservation as Checked Out, it no longer appears in your current list of reservations and is removed from the Slips page. This guide walks through the steps necessary to restore a reservation that was inadvertently checked out too early.
- Go to Menu --> Reservations.
- Change the Filter to include Checked out and Cancelled.
Search for the reservation you need to restore.
Change the Status back to Checked In.
You will be presented with a pop-up asking if you want to remove the Departure Date. Answering yes to this question will make the reservation continue to appear on the Slips page and continue to occupy that slip to prevent overbooking other reservations.
