If you inadvertently changed a Work Order to a status of Closed it may no longer be appearing in your Work Order List. The reason for this is that Closed Work Orders are hidden by default even when your Show filter is set to "Everything". This helps reduce clutter and hide completed work.


However, you can easily restore a Work Order by following the steps below.

  1. Go to Menu --> Work Orders in Molo.
  2. On the Work Order List page, change the Show filter to a status of Closed.
    1. The reason behind this is that Closed Work Orders are hidden by default and excluded from searches. Setting the Show filter to "Closed" forces Closed Work Orders to appear and be searchable.
  3. Now that Closed Work Orders are displayed, type the Contact, Vessel, or Work Order name and open it by clicking on it.
  4. Change the status back to Working or any other status and return to the Work Order List.
  5. The last filter and search you used on the Work Order list is memorized so make sure to change the Show filter back to Everything to return to your normal view.
