Delete a Contact

  • If a contact has no linked reservations, statements or invoices, they can be removed by simply clicking the delete button at the bottom of the contact details screen
  • If the delete button is greyed out, it must be deleted manually behind the scenes (there are linked reservations, statements, or invoices in the system)
    • Submit a helpdesk ticket with the name of the client (and all associated reservations/statements) to be deleted


Merge Contact(s)

  • Submit a helpdesk ticket with the name of the client(s) to be merged, and which client should be preserved as the main contact.
