This is a guide to explain what happens to the work orders status and invoicing.
- If you invoice ALL jobs in a Work Order, Molo will change it's status to Closed.
- If you invoice SOME jobs, Molo will not change the status. But once you go back and invoice the last remaining jobs, Molo will change the Work Order status to Closed.
- If you void a Work Order invoice and the linked work order is currently in Closed status, then we unlock the jobs from that invoice and change the Work Order status to Ready for Billing
- Once an invoice is 100% completed and all items are invoiced, the job will no longer appear as an Active job.
