Within Molo, we can have it so your boaters would automatically be sent an automatic email before arrival or after departure. 


The Pre-Arrival Email is a great way to remind boaters of their reservation and to include important information about the marina, amenities or just to say hello! It would look at the Scheduled Arrival Date of the Reservation to determine when the email is sent.

The Post-Departure Email is a great way to thank the customer for staying at the marina and can be used so sent out a request for a review. It would look at the Scheduled Departure Date of the Reservation to determine when the email is sent




To customize the automatic email, you can set the below metrics:

  • Email Sent X Days Before Scheduled Arrival Date
  • Email Sent X Days After Scheduled Departure Date
  • Time of Day that email will be sent [would match the Days Before or Days After date]
  • Option to send for Transient, Seasonal and/or Recurring Reservation Types
  • Can Include Slip Assignment of the Reservation
  • Last but most important, the Message section. This would be the body of the email and it can that can include Text, Images and Links.
