Resolution Steps

1. Ensure the technician is set up in Molo:
   • Creating a New User in Molo
   • How to Create User Logins for Technicians
2. Install the Molo Manager Appfrom the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
   • Installing the Molo Manager App
3. Once confirmed in Molo, the technician can log into the Mobile Manager App.
4. Recording Time (two methods):
   • Start Time / Stop Time: Like a stopwatch—tap “Start” when work begins, and “Stop” when work ends.
   • Record Time Manually: Enter hours after the fact (for work that was already done).
5. Add Photos and Comments:
   • Technicians may include photos from their camera roll.
   • They may also enter comments along with or separate from photos.
6. All submitted entries (photos, comments, and time) will appear in the associated **Work Order → Jobs** section in Molo, enabling managers to review what technicians have worked on.

Verification: Once the technician records time it will show up on the work order in the Web App. Go to Service > Work orders > find the work order and select the job they added hours to.
