Once your customer has made their transient reservation online, it will appear in your Reservations page in blue font and can also be found when you filter for "Online Reservations Only".


Once in your Reservations page, you will see a yellow warning label at the top of new reservations prompting you to "Merge Contact".  To finish the reservation, select the "Merge Contact" button and either merge it into an existing customer account or create it as a new contact.





Once merged, the reservation is handled as any other reservation in your Molo account.
