Time Based
Common Methods
- Single Invoice Dated on Reservation Creation Date: This would create one Invoice with an Invoice Date of the Creation Date of the Reservation.
- Single Invoice Dated on Scheduled Arrival Date: This would create one Invoice with an Invoice Date of the Scheduled Arrival Date of the Reservation.
- Monthly Invoices Dated at Beginning of Period: This would create an Invoice dated in each month in which the Reservation would touch.
- The first Invoice in the series would be dated on the Scheduled Arrival Date.
- All subsequent monthly invoices would be dated on the first of the month.
Additional Methods
- Single Invoice Dated on Scheduled Departure Date: This would create one Invoice with an Invoice Date of the Scheduled Departure Date of the Reservation.
- Monthly Invoices Dated at End of Period: This would create an Invoice in each month of the reservation with an Invoice(s) Dated on the last day of the applicable month.
- Monthly Invoices Dated at Departure Date: This would create an Invoice for all months with the Invoice Due Date of the Scheduled Departure Date.
Seasonal
- Invoice Dated on Scheduled Arrival Date: This would create one Invoice with an Invoice Date of the Scheduled Arrival Date of the Reservation.
- Invoice Dated on Reservation Creation Date: This would create one Invoice with an Invoice Date of the Creation Date of the Reservation.
Recurring
- Invoice On First Day of Month: This would create an Invoice dated on the First of the Month for each month of the Reservation.
