Resolution Steps

  1. On the left menu, navigate to Spaces > Grid.
  2. Select a booking and click Change Status.


  3. The Change Status pop-up shows the different color definitions. Select the desired status.

  4. Click Change.


    Verification/Confirmation: Check if the status/color had changed for the reservation.

  

 

Case Closing: Default to the following Product and Product Family when closing the case. If the conversation covered multiple topics, choose the category that best represents the core issue.

Additional Information

  • The colors can be changed on the Change Status screen by clicking the Edit Color button next to the status, then clicking Apply to save the changes.
