Resolution Steps

  • For Reservations:
  1. Go to Spaces > Reservation List.
  2. Open the reservation in Reservation Preview
  3. Click into the Activity Notes section at the top.
    This will show:
    • Who created the reservation
    • The date and timestamp of creation
    • Any reservation status changes
    • Any manually added notes

 

  • To view account-wide activity:
  1. Go to Contact & Vessels > Contacts
  2. Open the customer account you're looking to view.
  3. Click on Activity Notes at the top.
  4. This will display:
    1. Manual notes left by staff
    2. Reservation status changes associated with the customer

Verification: Verify the customer knows how to find the activity and notes on a reservation or a customer account.
