Resolution Steps
- For Reservations:
- Go to Spaces > Reservation List.
- Open the reservation in Reservation Preview
- Click into the Activity Notes section at the top.
This will show:- Who created the reservation
- The date and timestamp of creation
- Any reservation status changes
- Any manually added notes
- To view account-wide activity:
- Go to Contact & Vessels > Contacts
- Open the customer account you're looking to view.
- Click on Activity Notes at the top.
- This will display:
- Manual notes left by staff
- Reservation status changes associated with the customer
Verification: Verify the customer knows how to find the activity and notes on a reservation or a customer account.
