Resolution Steps

  1. Navigate to Spaces > Reservation List.
  2. In the search bar, enter the slip number or slip name that is not appearing during reservation creation.
  3. Review all reservations that appear for that slip.
    This allows you to confirm whether a future reservation already exists, which may be preventing the slip from showing as available.
  4. If a future reservation is found, verify the dates and whether they overlap with the new reservation request.


Verification: You should be able to see why the slip was unavailable during reservation creation.
