Sending a reservation confirmation email is done automatically when you update the reservation status to Confirmed. To do this, follow the steps below.


  1. Go to the Slips screen.
  2. Find the reservation for which you want to send a confirmation.
  3. Click or touch on the down arrow on the right side of the reservation bar.
  4. Click on the blue status text and that will bring up the menu for changing the status.

  5. Select Confirmed and then press Ok.



  6. This will automatically send the Reservation Confirmation email.
