Molo Reports Overview Print

  • Finance
    • Revenue Report – Shows total revenue from invoices within the selected date range (based on Invoice Date). Excludes tax. Displays all invoiced amounts, not payments received.

    • Category Revenue Report – Same as Revenue, but grouped by Inventory Category instead of individual items.

    • Accounts Receivable Report – Lists outstanding balances as of the selected AR date, with aging columns (0–30, 31–60, etc.). Excludes deposits and security deposits. 

    • General Ledger Report – Exports debits and credits from Molo for accounting entries. GL account numbers in Molo can be matched to QuickBooks (QB). Can be auto-emailed as CSV for import into most systems.

    • Reservation Revenue Report – Shows reservation invoice revenue within the date range, with options for revenue recognition by invoice date or accrual method.

    • Invoices and Accruals Report– Displays accruals for reservation invoices within the date range, with detailed breakdowns of each line item.

    • Unallocated Payments Report – Lists prepayments, overpayments, and unused security deposits, with balances. Excludes credit notes.

  • Invoicing and Payments
    • Transactions Report – Summarizes transactions by payment type, with totals.

    • Transaction Detail Report– Expanded Transactions report with additional columns.

    • Transactions by User – Consolidates transaction totals by payment type, grouped by Molo user.

    • Molo Express Transactions Report – Lists Stripe transactions grouped by batch payout date. Helps reconcile payouts.

    • Molo Express Batch List - Lists batches sent to the bank account on file.
    • Invoice Report – Shows invoices by contact within the date range, including totals (with taxes/discounts), paid amounts, and balances.

    • Invoice Lines Report – Lists invoice and credit note line items, filtered by invoice date. Excludes payments and allocations.

    • Invoice Detail Report – Displays details for all invoices within the selected timeframe.

    • Invoice Changes Report – Tracks invoices created, dated, or edited (including payments) within the date range.

    • Invoice Count by Item Report – Counts how many times a line item appeared on invoices (ignores quantity/price). Useful for tracking item popularity.

    • Unpaid Invoices Report – Shows all unpaid or partially paid invoices. Past-due invoices are highlighted in red.

    • Credit Card Activity Report – Displays only card activity (approved, declined, failed). Useful for troubleshooting failed auto-charges. Customers receive automatic emails for declines. Excludes walk-in payments.

    • Auto-Charge Activity Report – Displays the results of credit cards and bank accounts after auto-charge is complete.
  • Point of Sale
    • Sales and Cash Flow Detail Report – Breaks down sales by item and transactions by payment type.

    • Sales and Cash Flow Summary Report – Breaks down sales by item category and transactions by payment type. 

    • FuelCloud Transactions Report – For FuelCloud integration only. Lists all fuel transactions within the timeframe.

    • Cash Drawer Audit Report – Tracks drawer openings, withdrawals, and deposits.

  • Inventory
    • Current Inventory Report – Lists prices and, for tracked items, quantity/value on hand as of the date selected. Includes tracked inventory and service items marked as Part. Use Inventory Settings report for all items.

    • Inventory Settings Report – Quick overview of inventory item settings and GL accounts (if designated).

    • Inventory History Report – Tracks which staff member sold or returned items (requires inventory tracking enabled).

  • Reservations and Spaces
    • Reservation Movements Report – Lists scheduled arrivals/departures during the timeframe.

    • Current Dockage Report – Shows vessels currently Checked In or On Leave, with vessel/contact details.

    • Recurring Reservation Audit Report - Displays all recurring reservations.
    • Multi-Occupancy Dockage Detail Report - Displays all reservations on long edge spaces and how much space they've occupied.
    • Multi-Occupancy Dockage Summary Report - Displays a summary of reservations on long edge spaces.
    • Space Planning Report - shows detailed visibility into dockage occupancy and utilization.
    • Pedestal Report – Displays current pedestal setup and allows updates to readings (does not generate invoices).

    • Pedestal Reading Report – Shows recorded pedestal readings, linked users, and invoices (if applicable).

    • Reservation Follow-Up Report – Lists customers who have departed or are scheduled to depart. [Help Article available]

    • Space Occupancy Report – Shows marina occupancy based on total linear dockage vs. vessel footage, with utilization % (accounts for small boats in larger slips).

    • Rate Usage and Revenue Report– Tracks how often a rate was used and total revenue generated.

    • Transient Reservation Invoice Dates Report – Lists reservation invoices within the timeframe, with totals, payments, and balances.

    • Slip Owner Activity and Distribution Report– Displays activity and slip distribution for owners.

    • Space Performance Report – Shows occupancy and revenue per slip compared to max revenue per slip (defined by marina).

    • Reservation Agreements Report – Lists all reservations within the selected timeframe, indicating whether their terms were accepted, along with the date and time of acceptance.

    • Reservation List Report - Lists all reservations including their scheduled departure and arrival date, vessel name, and rate type.
    • Spaces Report - Lists all of the marina's spaces including their specifications, piers, and other attributes.
  • Service
    • Labor Hours Report – Lists technician hours and job notes, with invoicing status.

    • Unbilled Service Jobs Report – Shows all unbilled service jobs up to the selected date.

    • Pending Job Estimates Report – Lists all pending estimates awaiting approval.

    • Work Order List Report - The report will populate all work orders in a list with details on status.
    • Jobs by Technician Report - The report will populate all jobs and the technicians they are assigned to.
    • Purchase Order and Vendor Bill Report - The report will displace all vendor bills and purchase orders.
  • Contacts and Vessel
    • Activity and Notes Report – Tracks changes to contacts, vessels, and reservations, with user details.

    • Customer Report – Lists all customers in Molo. Customers with multiple vessels appear multiple times. Selecting a date range shows all customers unless Only Show New Customers is checked.

    • Vessel Insurance Report – Lists vessels with insurance details; expired policies are highlighted in red.

    • Vessel Registration Report - The report will populate vessel registration details added to vessels.
    • Contact Charge and Statement Settings Report – Shows auto-charge status, statement preferences, and stored card details.

    • Stored Payment Methods Report – Lists all stored payment methods, including expiration dates.

    • User Access Report - All users who have access and their access levels should appear on this report.
    • Email History Report - Shows a list of emails sent out via Molo.
